Sound Works

Sound Works is on site at Fishline Mondays 12:00 -3:00 and Wednesdays 1:00 – 3:00, walk ins welcome.  Other appointments are available by calling Bob at 360-779-1160. Sound Works Job Center provides the following services: Provide labor market information and job listings, job placement assistance, career counseling, testing and individual mentoring.  Sound Works assists in writing Civilian and Navy Civil Service resumes and provides one-on-one interview training.   Fishline clients can use computers to create resumes and search for job opportunities.

Employment Security Department

Together with other partners in the statewide WorkSource system, we help workers find jobs and map out new careers by connecting to a variety of training programs. Studies have shown that people who use WorkSource job-search services find work faster and earn more money than those who don’t – so, give it a try!

Olympic College

Olympic College helps students build skills for the next phase of their life or career through its numerous educational options, as well as the Workforce Development and Basic Studies division; an umbrella for a number of different services for diverse populations: Worker Retraining, WorkFirst, Tech Prep Dual Credit for high school students, Adult Education and GED Preparation, English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), the Career Service Center, and Cooperative Education.
