First Month’s Rent Assistance

Fishline can help eligible clients who have difficulty paying all of the “up-front” fees when renting a new place to live.

Eviction Prevention

The general rent assistance program offers a co-payment option that aids client facing eviction from their current residence. Client must have an eviction notice in order to qualify for this program.

General Rent/Mortgage

​One time rental assistance for those experiencing a financial crisis. Includes mortgage, lot rent, clean and sober housing and home share arrangements.

Safe Park

​​​​​​​​​This program provides safe parking for up to five cars for single women, single men, and families who are temporarily living in their vehicles. This program is case managed. Our staff can help locate other housing options if you have children.
