Jagoda Perich-Anderson
President
Jagoda (pronounced Yah-go-dah with the accent on the first syllable) is a recent transplant to North Kitsap, fulfilling a dream she and husband Jim have had to live surrounded by nature and enjoy hiking, biking and kayaking. She has been a strategy, organization and leadership development consultant for more than twenty years and has worked in all sectors—private, public and non-profit. In fact, Jagoda was first introduced to Fishline when she was hired a few years ago to facilitate a strategic planning retreat with the Board. Her experience with the smart and caring people at Fishline convinced her that this is where she wanted to put her volunteer energy. Jagoda believes in being an active and supportive member of any community in which she lives. Previously, she has served on a youth shelter board, helped to set up and run a severe weather shelter, and facilitated many community problem solving meetings pro bono. She is especially passionate about ensuring that people have basic needs met while striving to get on a path of self-sufficiency. Important to her is that everyone be treated with dignity and respect no matter the curve balls life throws at them.
Kim McKoy
Vice President
Originally from the Bronx, NY, Kim moved to the Puget Sound Region in 1983. She has been a resident of North Kitsap for the past 14 years.
Kim has 40 years of nonprofit experience, having served in numerous organizations and capacities from case manager to CEO, as well as having served on a wide variety of boards.
Kim is a local Rotarian, a mentor to new executive directors in nonprofit organizations, and a consultant. She is driven by a desire to serve and support in ways that lift up those in need and help build a better community for all.
You will generally find Kim visiting rural Kenya to support women in the Ukambani Region. Her main hobbies include developing or testing new technologies; chillin’ with her book club friends; playing a mean game of spades/hearts/dominoes; enjoying the theater; checking out other cool out of town destinations.
Heather Torres
Past President
Heather has lived most of her life in Kitsap and grew up supporting Fishline from monetary donations to organizing and holding various drives. She brings over 20 years of diverse organizational and leadership experience to the board having served in capacities from customer service to leadership. Heather is also on several other boards. Joining the Fishline Board was the next logical step on the path to further support the Fishline mission and to give more to her community.
Ryan Bartlett
Treasurer
Ryan Bartlett is the VP of Finance & CFO at Delta Dental of Washington, where he oversees the Finance, Facilities and Corporate Quality Assurance functions of the organization. Ryan is a certified public accountant (CPA) and chartered global management accountant (CGMA) with extensive experience in both private and public accounting. A lifelong Puget Sound resident, Ryan graduated from the University of Washington and lives on Bainbridge Island with his wife and two daughters. He has a passion for serving his community, especially within organizations that support youth and families in need. Ryan is the former Treasurer of WestSide Baby and was a recipient of the Donna Pierce Service Award in 2016. He has chaired the Professional Conduct Committee for the Washington Society of CPA’s and served on the their Board. He is also involved with the Junior Achievement of Washington. Ryan is grateful to contribute to Fishline’s mission and looks forward to the organization expanding its already tremendous impact in Kitsap County.
Tracy Russell
Secretary
Tracy has lived in Washington for the past 9 years after retiring from Amador County, California, where she served as the Agency Director for Health and Services which included Public Health, Mental Health, Alcohol/Drug prevention and education, Children and Adult Protective Services, Emergency Medical Services and a variety of Public Assistance, TANF, Food Stamps and Medicaid Program eligibility determinations. Having been in charge of these programs and services, plus a large staff with diversified educational backgrounds and expertise, Tracy has extensive experience in coordinating with and between agencies, governmental officials and the community. She has served on a variety of local boards and commissions as well as having a leadership role in Statewide professional organizations. Her passion is, and always has been, providing services to those in need. She sees that being a Board Member of Fishline is a way to continue to give back and to utilize her expertise.
Paul Dickinson
Paul is a native of Los Angeles and a twice graduate of the University of Southern California. Now retired after a 37 year career with the U.S. Department of Energy, its predecessor agencies and the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL), he served as a manager of programs in defense, energy and environmental education. Paul also had the opportunity to gain extensive experience in non-profit organizational development and management while at LLNL. With the assistance of the Laboratory, he was the Founding Executive Director of the Partnership for Environmental Technology Education (PETE), a community college focused organization that was national in scope and became recognized internationally. He also served for many years on the Board of Directors of Keep California Beautiful (KCB), the California affiliate of Keep America Beautiful, and five years as President of the KCB Board. Following retirement from LLNL in 2008 and moving to Bend, Oregon, Paul volunteered for the American Red Cross and eventually served for five years as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Central & Eastern Oregon Chapter.
In 2020, Paul and his wife Barbara relocated to Kitsap County. Paul is continuing his commitment to community volunteer service by now joining the Board of Fishline and hopefully contributing to this organization’s many years of success in helping those in need in North Kitsap County.
Miranda Fort
Suzanne Keel-Eckmann
After 30+ years of corporate leadership experience in professional services firms, Suzanne now splits her time between consulting on strategic and operational issues for local and regional organizations and a coaching practice dedicated to helping accomplished and aspiring leaders achieve their goals. Suzanne has found much success as an “intrapreneur.” For example, during her 15+ years at Deloitte, she moved from local to regional to national leadership roles by seeking out and taking on new challenges facing the firm. Among her many roles and accomplishments as a firm director, Suzanne led operations for the 5-state PNW region, led the national women’s initiative (WIN) for her channel of 5,000, and served on the National Diversity & Inclusion Council. In her last role at Deloitte, she assumed leadership of a fledgling corporate responsibility/sustainability program and, as its national director, created an award-winning organization for the U.S. firm.
Suzanne also serves the Kitsap community. She currently serves in leadership roles for the Women’s Giving Circle of the Kitsap Peninsula and the Kitsap Community Foundation and has recently completed board service for PAWS, the Olympic College Foundation and the Ethics Board for the City of Bainbridge Island. For the University of Washington, Suzanne served on the Women’s Center Advisory Board and chaired its NEW Leadership Institute, a program designed to prepare young women for public service. Through UW’s Foster School of Business, Suzanne continues to facilitate specialized mentoring workshops at the undergraduate level and is in her 14th year serving as a mentor to Foster’s second-year MBA students.
After attending the University of Alabama and Golden Gate University, she continued her education through the Leading Edge for Women program at Simmons College in Boston. She holds a Green Belt in Process Excellence, certification as a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional), as a Hudson Institute Certified Leadership Coach, and as a WSU Master Gardener. Suzanne and her husband Tom (still the man of her dreams) tend to the needs of an older home on Bainbridge Island which they share with their rescue cats and visiting grandchildren.

Megan Mills
Megan is a recent Poulsbo resident, she and her family moved here in late 2021. After 20+ years moving around the world on the whims of the Navy, she is excited to finally be putting roots down in Kitsap County with her husband and family.
Megan earned her Master of Public Administration with a focus in nonprofit management from the George Washington University. She spent about a decade leading nonprofit development departments, before making a move to a communications agency where she now utilizes her intersectional skillset to lead strategic communications campaigns on behalf of federal, state, and local nonprofit clients. She has a passion for building collaborative partnerships that drive positive change in our communities and is thrilled to support Fishline in achieving its mission to help people onto a path of sustainability.
Andrew Padula
Andrew Padula is somewhat new to the Kitsap County area after moving the Seattle area to Kitsap county during the pandemic in 2020 with his late partner and three dogs.
Andrew comes from a broadcast journalism background and worked in the TV news business for almost 20 years, most recently at Fox 13 in Seattle until 2018.
That’s when Andrew decided to leave the news business and transition into the corporate communications world. Andrew started working for Puget Sound Energy where he continues to work in the Public Relations department at PSE.
Andrew was born and raised in the Los Angeles area and left in 2002 to chase his dream of being a reporter. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from California State University of Northridge.
He continues to enjoy exploring Kitsap county and meeting amazing people along the way
Linda Potter
Linda grew up in Longview, WA and attended the University of Washington for both undergraduate and law school degrees. She practiced in non-profit legal practices representing people with disabilities in Seattle, Maryland and Michigan and lived twice in Africa (Djibouti and Niger). While in Michigan she served on the Board of the National Association of Protection & Advocacy Services (now the Disability Rights Network). She left law to be Executive Director of United Cerebral Palsy of Michigan for 11 years and then moved into Public Health policy work on the issue of preventing child deaths. She is currently a consultant with the Center for National Prevention Initiatives at the Michigan Public Health Institute. After many years away from the PNW, she returned here in 2019 with husband Tom Deits (who has deep family roots in Poulsbo). Linda first learned about Fishline and its programs when she volunteered at Second Season, and she thinks Fishline is an amazing organization! She’s honored to be a Board member and very much looks forward to contributing.
Nate Walters
Nate grew up in Suquamish and attended North Kitsap High School. After graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in Economics, he has spent his entire career in the Financial Services sector. He currently serves as president of Walters Wealth Management.
After raising their family in King County, Nate and his wife Kelley recently returned to Poulsbo. He enjoys passing time with his family and friends while boating, kayaking and debating the finer aspects of Husky football. He is passionate about supporting the community he’s always considered home and is excited to share his expertise to help Fishline thrive.
