Student Opportunities and Advancement Resources

Fishline’s SOAR program is dedicated to supporting the youth in our community by providing financial assistance to meet basic needs, achieve academic success, and engage in extracurricular activities.

Eligibility: Students (K-12) residing in the North Kitsap School District or on Subbase Bangor are eligible to apply for assistance.

Year-Round Support: Our program operates throughout the year, allowing students and parents to make multiple requests as needed.
