Kitsap Public Health District and Kitsap County Emergency Operations Center, in partnership with various community organizations, offer drive-through community COVID-19 testing sites. These sites provide additional low-barrier testing options. Results are typically available within 3 to 4 days (72-96 hours) of your test. Results may take longer due to high testing volumes at the lab or other unforeseen circumstances.
Testing is available regardless of health insurance status. A medical appointment is not required for testing. (When asked to provide insurance or payment information, you can choose “uninsured” as tests are free and insurance is not required).
Testing is available for anyone who:
- Has any COVID-19 symptoms (even if symptoms are mild).
- Has been in close contact of someone who tested positive or COVID-19.
- Meets other criteria for testing.
Advance registration and an appointment are required
To ensure adequate testing supplies and avoid long wait times, those needing COVID-19 testing must register online or by phone to schedule an appointment.
